Rent Arrears
If you are having difficulties paying your rent or have received
an arrears letter from us, you should contact your Housing Officer
to discuss your arrears. You can also request a home visit
from your Housing Officer. Our Housing Officers are there to
offer advice and assistance and will discuss your rent arrears
sympathetically and in complete confidence.

Making arrangements to repay arrears
If you have an arrear and you can't afford to clear the balance
you can discuss options for repayment with your Housing Officer who
can assist in making an affordable arrangement to pay your rent and
reduce your arrears.
