Weslo aims to build and deliver services, facilities and
resources that are relevant and of use to every individual in the
communities in which we work. We hope to understand better who our
customers are so that we are able to provide them with clear,
meaningful information about Weslo in ways that are accessible and
meet the diverse needs of the community.

Weslo will produce any information on request in Braille, Audio
Tape, Large Print and Community Languages. To find out more,
telephone Weslo on 01506 634060.
We also help to promote independent living and provide a
comfortable environment for all our tenants through
the provision of medical adaptations. Everyone is eligible to
be considered for an adaptation to their home after a referral is
made by an Occupational Therapist. Adaptations can vary from
installing lever taps for someone with arthritis to a major
adaptation such as the conversion of a property to suit a
wheelchair user.
Weslo spent nearly £67,000 on medical adaptations last year that
helped improve the lives of over 150 of our tenants. If you think
that you may need an adaptation please contact your Council Social
Work Department or speak to your Housing Officer for further
advice.
